What is Feature Plus
FeaturePlus is a hosted telephony solution designed for the small / branch office and home offices. It enables a business to administer and control its telephony service through an on-line control panel. The service can either be provided with analogue or IP phones, depending on the customer’s preferences and size of offices.

Through having complete on-line control of the service and its features - such as call forwarding, call transfer and voicemail-to-email - a user can ensure that, no matter what and wherever they are, they will never lose a call. The service is ideal for a multi-sited business with branch offices or a business with home/remote workers; such businesses can take advantage of remote user management (including moves, adds and changes), a unified short-code dial plan for all users and zero-rated site-to-site calls.
